Full job descriptionSelf-Employed Real Estate Broker — North / North West London Remote • Flexible • Up to 80% commission
Are you a connected, self-starting agent who knows North West London inside out? We want to talk to you.
We’re working with a growing independent agency founded by an industry pro with 15+ years across some of the biggest names in property.
Five years on from going solo, the business is ready to grow — and we’re looking for brokers to grow with it.
This isn’t a desk job. It’s a chance to run your own patch, keep the lion’s share of what you earn, and plug straight into live stock from day one.
What’s on offer
*Work remotely — no office to commute to (most of our stock sits in NW London)
*Live stock, ready to go
*Big earning potential — keep up to 80% commission on deals you introduce and complete
Who we’re looking for *A broker covering both sales and lettings
*Strong roots in North West London and the surrounding area
*Someone with their own network who can bring stock to the table
*A self-motivated operator who thrives on autonomy
Commission:
- 40% per listing
- 40% per transaction
