You’ll join a growing advisory firm, working with a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses. This is a varied role combining client advisory, team leadership and business development, offering the chance to play a key part in building the firm’s regional presence.

*Supporting the growth of the team through recruitment and development

*ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*Experience within an Accountancy Practice / Business Services environment
*Strong communication and client relationship management skills
*Proven ability to lead, coach and develop team members
*Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
*Proactive approach with the drive to contribute to practice growth
*Comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving environment
