Full job descriptionM4 Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced HGV 1 (C+E) Drivers for ad hoc and regular work when volumes are high with a well-established distribution client located in Middlewich.
This is a flexible driving role ideal for drivers looking for varied shifts, with predominantly day work and the potential for occasional nights out.
The Role
The role involves store deliveries using HGV Class 1 vehicles, completing manual tipping using a tail lift. You will be responsible for ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.
This is a varied role with ad hoc shifts available, offering flexibility for drivers who want to pick up additional work alongside other commitments.
What We Offer
£18.36 per hour with flexible ad hoc shifts, mainly day work with occasional nights out required. You will be working with a reputable national distribution company, with ongoing opportunities for regular work depending on performance and business needs.
Driver Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence, valid Driver CPC Qualification Card, and Digital Tachograph Card. Candidates should have good experience with store deliveries and be comfortable with manual tipping using tail lift equipment. A professional, reliable, and safety-conscious attitude is essential.
