The Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading and developing a large in-store team while driving commercial performance across one of the UK’s highest turnover locations.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to deliver operational excellence, maximise sales opportunities and build a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, coach and motivate the store team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
*Drive exceptional customer service standards through visible leadership on the shop floor
*Support day-to-day store operations and ensure seamless commercial execution
*Use sales data and commercial insights to identify opportunities and improve performance
*Develop and nurture talent through coaching, succession planning and performance management
*Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to build capability across the team
*Maintain high standards across both front and back-of-house operations
*Champion brand values and create an engaging customer and employee experience
About You
We’re looking for an ambitious retail leader who thrives in high-volume environments and is passionate about people development.
You’ll ideally have:
*Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Store Manager within a flagship or high-turnover retail environment
*Experience leading large teams and delivering strong commercial results
*A track record of driving sales, profitability and customer experience
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
*Excellent communication and coaching ability
*A flexible and adaptable approach to changing business priorities
*Energy, positivity and a genuine passion for retail and leadership
*Previous London retail experience is highly desirable
