Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are recruiting on behalf of a specialist secondary SEN school in Tower Hamlets that supports young people with Autism Spectrum Condition and associated communication needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded specialist setting where staff are committed to helping students develop academically, socially and emotionally.
Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
*Support students’ communication, independence and life skills
*Work collaboratively with therapists and support staff
*Monitor progress against EHCP outcomes
Essential Requirements:
*QTS or equivalent
*Experience teaching pupils with autism
*Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
*Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
