Full job descriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin role
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 37 hour working week
Responsibilities of theHR Advisor/Recruitment Admin
* Provide timely and accurate advice on a wide range of people matters
* Maintaining/updating systems
* Payroll preparation
* Supporting the wider HR team
* Prepare clear and professional documentation
* Maintain personnel records
* Recruitment administration
Requirements for a successful HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin
* CIPD Level 3
* Previous experience in a HR or recruitment administration role
* Strong knowledge of HR compliance
* Excellent organisational sills and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent time management skills ensuring deadlines are met
