What You’ll Be DoingAs a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive comprehensive training from experienced industry professionals and learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Building relationships with clients and senior industry professionals
*Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates
*Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
*Managing the full 360 recruitment process
*Arranging interviews and managing candidate and client feedback
*Negotiating offers and managing the closing process
*Conducting market mapping and industry research
*Building and maintaining professional networks
*Generating new business opportunities
*Keeping up to date with market trends and industry developments
*Working towards individual and team targets
