Job Description:
Full job descriptionA prestigious financial services firm based in Birmingham is looking for a polished, confident Receptionist to join their close-knit team.
This is a front-facing client care role at the heart of a prestigious financial services office, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, keeping things running smoothly and stepping in wherever you’re needed when things are quiet.
What you’ll be doing:
*Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
*Managing a switchboard
*Setting up and preparing meeting rooms
*Printing and binding documents and bundles
*Managing office supplies and general facilities
*Keeping the office tidy and presentable
*Acting as a confident gatekeeper — filtering cold callers and difficult enquiries
What we’re looking for:
*Experience in reception, front of house, or strong administration
*Confident communicator — professional, calm, and personable
*Proactive and happy to turn your hand to other tasks when needed
*Experienced in a corporate environment, or working in high end retail or cabin crew and looking to transition
