Location: Burnham-on-Sea
Basic Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £33,000 – £35,000) + Incentives +mileage allowance + pension
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a busy, high-performing estate agency branch in the sought-after area of Burnham-on-Sea.
This is an excellent role for someone looking to take the next step in their property career, working within a vibrant market that offers a diverse range of properties and clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
*Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
*Negotiate sales to achieve the best outcomes for clients
*Manage the sales process from instruction through to completion
*Generate new business opportunities and contribute to branch growth
*Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Ideal Candidate
*1–2 years’ experience as a Valuer / Lister or Senior Negotiator
*Proven track record of winning instructions and closing deals
*Strong knowledge of the local property market (or ability to quickly build this)
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*Able to work one in three Saturdays with time off in lieu
