Salary: £48,000 - £50,000

Robert Half Ltd are working with a business in Abingdon that are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful variance analysis
*Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reporting to support business performance
*Produce detailed product and location-level profitability reporting
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
*Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and analysis
*Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and support VAT compliance
About You
*Previous experience in a similar position
*Strong management accounting, forecasting, and financial controls experience.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
