We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Person to join a well-established and friendly organisation based in Sevenoaks. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team within a stable business offering long-term security and career development, working across a portfolio of local properties.
The RoleYou will be responsible for maintaining buildings and facilities to a high standard, ensuring everything is safe, compliant, and running smoothly across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out general maintenance and repair work across a portfolio of properties
*Perform basic plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance tasks
*Respond promptly to maintenance requests
*Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues
*Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
*Maintain tools, equipment, and stock levels
*Liaise with external contractors when required
About You*Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or handyman role
*Good all-round practical skills
*Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach
*Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
*Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations
*Full UK driving licence (preferred)
