Full job descriptionAssistant Accommodation Manager based onsite Monday to Friday each week
Temporary role for initial 6 weeks with potential for temp to perm
Hrs are 0900-1730 Monday to Friday with some out of hours work to support events (ad hoc)
?Key Responsibilities
*Act as the main point of contact for residents, visitors and prospective tenants.
*Meet and greet visitors in a professional and approachable manner.
*Conduct site tours and show prospective residents around the accommodation.
*Support diary management, appointments and booking arrangements.
*Build strong relationships with residents to encourage a positive community atmosphere.
*Work with marketing support to build excitement about any seasonal social events being run for students.
*Use social media and digital channels to share details of events and activities available for all student residents.
*Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via phone or email.
*Maintain accurate records, logs and general site administration.
*Promote a warm, welcoming and high-quality living environment.
*Undertake other reasonable duties in line with the needs of the site.
Person Specification
*Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
*Strong customer service experience in a front-facing environment.
*Confident working with residents, visitors and external contacts.
*Good IT skills, including familiarity with social media platforms.
*Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.
*An interest in marketing and resident engagement would be an advantage.
*Professional, approachable and proactive in style.
Desirable Experience
*Previous experience in PBSA, student accommodation, hospitality, reception or community-led roles.
*Experience supporting show rounds, lettings activity or occupancy growth.
*Experience using social media for promotional activity or audience engagement.
