The RoleAs a Pension Transfer Advisor, you will provide high-quality, compliant financial advice to clients considering transferring their pensions, ensuring all recommendations are in the client’s best interests.
Key Responsibilities*Provide regulated advice on pension transfers, including DB to DC transfers
*Conduct full client fact-finds and assess suitability of recommendations
*Prepare and present detailed, compliant reports
*Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
*Ensure all advice meets FCA regulatory standards
*Work collaboratively with paraplanners and administration teams
About You*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (essential)
*AF3 / G60 / Pension Transfer Specialist qualification (preferred)
*Proven experience advising on pension transfers
*Strong technical knowledge of pensions and regulatory requirements
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
