Join a highly respected independent property management company in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, managing a diverse residential portfolio while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established business with an excellent reputation, a high-quality property portfolio and a supportive, experienced team. You’ll enjoy genuine autonomy, ongoing training and a healthy work-life balance, without unrealistic targets or micromanagement.
Working alongside knowledgeable Property Managers, you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio, delivering a first-class service to landlords and tenants. From conducting inspections and managing tenancies to building lasting client relationships, you’ll have the freedom to make the role your own and focus on the aspects of property management you enjoy most.
Previous residential property management experience is not essential. Candidates with a background in Block or Commercial Property Management who are looking to transition into Residential will also be considered.
