Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national AJ100 practice who provide a wide range of expertise to the logistics and industrial sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Principal Designer to come in and hit the ground-running for their team in Leicester.

Duties for the role of Principal Designer include:
*Help deliver technical projects from planning stages through to new build delivery
*Implement the requirements of Building safety Act 2022 and Secondary Legislations 2023
*Lead the design team and other project team members, as well liaising with clients
*Carry out site visits and ensure projects comply with regulations and high ethical standards are achieved
Skills and experience for the role of Principal Designer:
*Relevant degree within architecture
*Strong experience working within a health and safety, design, or project management role.
*Strong interest in health and safety issues and risk management
*Strong attention to detail
*Experience with The Building Safety Act 2022 and Secondary Legislations 2023
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Leicester area
