Description


*Managing and maintaining a portfolio of customer accounts
*Chasing outstanding payments via telephone and email
*Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
*Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
*Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
*Monitoring aged debt and producing relevant reports
*Working closely with internal departments to resolve account issues
*Supporting month-end processes where required
*Ensuring all credit control activities are completed in line with company procedures


Profile


*Previous experience within a Credit Control position
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
*Proactive and results-driven approach
