This is a full-time position for the entire academic year and offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school with a strong reputation for staff development, pupil well being and high-quality teaching and learning.
The school welcomes applications from experienced teachers and will also consider an exceptional ECT looking to begin their teaching career in a nurturing environment with a highly regarded induction and mentoring programme.
The Role*Full-time Reception Teacher position within EYFS
*Teaching a Reception class in a one-form entry primary school
*Delivering a creative, engaging and child-centred EYFS curriculum
*Supporting children to make excellent progress from their individual starting points
*Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
*Building strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider school community
*Full academic year contract from September 2026
The Successful Candidate Will Have*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an exceptional ECT
*Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
*A nurturing and engaging approach to teaching and learning
*Excellent classroom organisation and communication skills
*High expectations for pupil achievement and development
*A commitment to providing outstanding early years education
