Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join a well established company based in Milton Keynes.
Working Hours: 37.5 per week, standard business hours.
Contract Type: Perm.
Location: Milton Keyes.
Overview:
*To ensure orders are raised and enquiries are dealt with according to the customers QMS System.
Duties:
*Answering incoming telephone calls and making outbound calls when required and dealing with them as efficiently and effectively as possible.
*To receive customer orders via email and raising to the system along with relevant job sheet in an appropriate time frame.
*Assisting with general office admin.
*Managing key customers with stock reports/schedules and ensuring minimum stock requirements are met.
*Communicating effectively with production and keeping them informed of upcoming requirements.
*Supporting other teams/departments with ad-hoc duties.
Skills:
*The ability to work within a small office team.
*Strong sense of organisation.
*Excellent verbal communication.
*Ability to read and write English word.
*Strong IT Skills, including MS Office.
*Knowledge of CRM systems.
