Full job descriptionProject Programme Specialist
*Investment Bank in the City is looking for a Project Programme Specialist to come on board and provide support to the CSO.
*You will play a significant role in planning and delivering initiatives across the workforce and wider business operations.
*This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a real interest in investment banking, ambitious and eager to learn.
Key duties:
*Provide support to the CSO with coordinating and tracking project and initiatives.
*Maintain and track multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones and actions are clearly documented and monitored.
*Preparing reports, presentations and briefing materials for senior stakeholders and leaders.
*Liaising with teams and internal stakeholders across the business for information and updates in a timely manner.
*Maintain project documentation registers and logs in line with company standards.
*Contribute to the improvement of internal systems and processes.
*Support of new tools and platforms which streamline and enhance productivity.
The ideal candidate:
*At least two years previous experience in a similar role for a company with high-growth operations.
*Excellent organisation skills and able to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines at any one time.
*Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal and the ability to produce high quality documentation and materials – high attention to detail.
*Excellent IT skills in particular power point and excel.
*Interest and awareness of AI platforms and tools.
*Experience of using project and tracking tools such as Trello or MS Project.
*Data manipulation and visualisation tools.
*Able to take initiative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
*Proactive, real problem solver and solutions orientated.
*Real team player and able to build up trust quickly at levels within the business.
*Thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
*Have a real interest in investment banking, ambitious, with a desire to learn and develop a career in this field.
