Are you passionate about helping young people thrive? We’re looking for a caring, committed Special Needs Teaching Assistant for a SEND school in CR0. You’ll work closely with students who have a range of additional needs, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and achievement.
What you’ll be doing
*Supporting students with SEND in and out of class
*Working 1:1 and in small groups
*Helping create an inclusive, positive learning environment
*Collaborating with teachers, SENCO and pastoral staff
What we’re looking for
*Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to make a difference
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Experience with SEND
*A proactive, flexible approach
*Must have Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
*Right to work in the UK
