About the RoleTeaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in Boston and the surrounding Lincolnshire area.
We are proud to partner with the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust (MAT), as well as a number of other local schools, providing consistent opportunities for support staff who are passionate about making a difference in education.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain classroom experience, support pupils’ development, and work within welcoming and supportive school environments.
Key Responsibilities*Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
*Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
*Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
*Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
*Support pupils with additional needs (where applicable)
What We’re Looking For*Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
*A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Passion for education and supporting student progress
*Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA) are advantageous but not required
