*Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
*Location: Doncaster Council, DN5, Doncaster, South Yorkshire
*Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (1 - 2 months)
Doncaster Council are looking for three Street Scene Operatives for a temporary assignment lasting 1 - 2 months. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically fit and capable of handling heavy items, as it involves working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Perform various outdoor maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep public spaces clean and safe.
*Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for street cleaning and waste removal.
*Lift and move heavy items as part of daily duties.
*Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing tasks.
*Work efficiently to complete tasks within the allocated time frame.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Physical fitness and ability to engage in labor-intensive work.
*Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM.
*Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
*Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
