Description
*Managing a portfolio of clients including limited companies, sole traders and partnership
*Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts in accordance with UK GAAP and FRS 102/FRS 105.
*Reviewing bookkeeping and management accounts prepared by junior team members.
*Supervising, mentoring and developing Junior Accountants and Apprentices.
*Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
*Providing business advisory support, identifying opportunities to add value.
*Reviewing VAT returns and supporting corporation tax compliance processes.
*Ensuring assignments are completed within agreed budgets and deadlines
*Assisting Partners with workflow management and practice development.
Profile
*ACA / ACCA qualified.
*Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
*Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
*Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards.
*Experience reviewing work and supervising junior staff.
*Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
*Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.
