About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to provide short-term support across a residential site. You’ll ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, from resident relations to maintenance coordination, compliance checks, and contractor management.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee daily site operations and ensure high service standards
*Manage maintenance requests and contractor visits
*Support residents with queries and resolve issues promptly
*Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety policies
*Assist with tenancy administration and move-ins/outs
Ideal Candidate
*Previous experience in Property or Facilities Management
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Confident managing people and multiple priorities
*Able to start immediately and hit the ground running
