Industrial Manager Opportunity – Build, Lead & Grow a Successful Division

We’re looking for an Industrial Manager with the drive, vision, and leadership skills to build and develop a team from the ground up. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants more than just maintaining an established desk — you’ll have the autonomy to shape the future of the division, develop new business, and create a high-performing team.
With the right person in place, you’ll be responsible for:
*Building and leading an industrial recruitment team
*Growing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
*Managing and mentoring consultants as the team expands
*Creating a long-term strategy to drive continued growth
The role already has a strong platform to build from, with a database of around 100 active driving clients using our services every week, providing immediate opportunities to develop industrial recruitment business from day one.
Currently, the industrial desk is managed on an ad hoc basis alongside other responsibilities, so this is a unique chance for someone to step in, take full ownership, and truly make the division their own.
This role would suit someone who is ambitious,and ready for the next step in their career — particularly if you’re looking for progression that isn’t limited by an already established management structure.
