The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams, you will help create a positive learning environment where every student can thrive.
Responsibilities may include:
*Supporting students with their learning across a range of subjects
*Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis
*Assisting students with additional learning needs
*Helping to manage classroom behaviour and engagement
*Supporting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
*Encouraging student confidence, independence, and academic progress
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
*A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A genuine passion for education and supporting student development
*The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
*An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
