Location: UK Based (Mon–Thurs 11am–10pm, Fri 11am–5pm)
Experience: Minimum of 8 months of any recruitment experience

The Opportunity
I’m currently retained to recruit on behalf of a highly successful independent recruitment business specialising in Data, AI, and Executive Search across the US market.
This is a business that builds genuine, long-term partnerships with clients, focusing on high-value, strategic hiring within a rapidly evolving space.
Their core specialisms include:
*Data
*AI & Machine Learning
*Executive Search
They work with cutting-edge technologies including Snowflake, Databricks, and advanced AI platforms.
What They’re Looking For
They are looking for someone who is:
*Hungry, driven, and highly motivated
*Ambitious and looking to maximise their earnings and progression
*Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
*Confident with outbound business development
Required Experience
*Must have worked in a fast-paced, outbound-driven environment
*Happy to build out a market or desk
*Please ONLY apply if you have a MINIMUM of 8-months recruitment experience
