Graduate Sports Roles - SEN Support in Mainstream SchoolsLocation: Dorset (primary & secondary schools)
Salary: £100 - £150 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Term-time only
Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner)

We are recruiting enthusiastic and energetic graduates to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in mainstream schools across Dorset. This role is ideal for individuals who want to use sport and physical activity as a tool to engage and support young people.
The RoleYou will work alongside teachers and SENCOs to support students with additional needs such as:
*Autism (ASC)
*ADHD
*Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH)
*Behavioural challenges
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
*Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
*Using sport, movement, and structured activity to improve engagement and behaviour
*Promoting teamwork, routines, and positive social interaction
*Supporting classroom learning and transitions
*Acting as a positive role model and mentor
What We’re Looking For*A degree in Sports Science, Coaching, PE, or related field
*A passion for working with young people, especially those with additional needs
*Strong communication and leadership skills
*Resilience, energy, and a proactive attitude
*Experience in coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or youth work is highly desirable
