We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a successful nursery within a well-regarded school in Rochester.
The Role
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and education for children aged 2 years and above. You will lead and support staff, maintain strong relationships with families and ensure the delivery of a high-quality EYFS curriculum.
The school is looking for someone who:
*Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification or above.
• Has previous nursery leadership or management experience.
• Has strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and safeguarding.
• Is organised, proactive and an effective communicator.
• Is passionate about providing outstanding early years provision.
