Full job description*Annual Salary: Up to £65,000 plus bonus

As a Business Development Sales Manager, you will drive new business and expand our reach in London and the South, leveraging decades of industry expertise. This is a remote working role with the odd day once or twice per month in the London office.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Achieve individual and team sales targets in the credit insurance market.
*Generate leads and secure profitable business through networking and proactive prospecting.
*Collaborate with Commercial Underwriting and Marketing to manage leads and ensure compliance with standards.
*Utilise CRM for maintaining records and managing stakeholder relationships.
*Produce accurate contract documentation and perform comprehensive customer checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Degree in Finance, Business, or related field with a minimum 2.1 classification.
*At least 3 years of sales experience; experience in the Trade Credit Insurance industry preferred.
*Strong negotiation and communication skills.
*Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
*Knowledge of current economic impacts on the market.
*Understanding of compliance in a regulated environment.
