We’re recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a respected, successful, and rapidly growing estate agency in Mansfield. The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Negotiate offers and sales agreements to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
*Arrange and conduct property viewings
*Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and prospective clients
*Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
*Proactively generate interest in new instructions and available properties
*Progress sales through to completion while delivering exceptional customer service
*Identify opportunities to generate new business and referrals
*Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch
Sales Negotiator Requirements
*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
*Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven approach
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
*Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
*Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
