Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur Financial Services client based in Bath are currently looking for a Programme Manager / PMO Lead for a large enterprise-wide Organisational (People) Design transformation programme.
Acting as the central focal management function for all programme PMO activities (risk management, project planning and tracking, budget management, steerco reporting, etc) bridging between HR, Finance, Legal Teams and Business Exec’s. Will need to help plan at a detailed level and oversee delivery.
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
*Prior experience of leading PMO activities on an enterprise wide transformation programme and an ability to enhance high-level programme plans and drive delivery.
*Prior enterprise-wide Organisation Redesign transformation experience
*Strong senior level stakeholder management abilities
*Financial Services background highly desirable
Hybrid working - 3 days a week in Bath
6 months initial contract
£700/day outside of IR35
