This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving commercial insight, strengthening financial decision-making, and embedding best-in-class business partnering across the organisation.

Description
*Lead, develop, and mentor the Finance Business Partnering team
*Partner with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making and performance improvement
*Deliver high-quality financial insight, analysis, and reporting
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
*Drive consistency and best practice across partnering activities
*Act as a trusted advisor to operational leadership teams
*Identify risks and opportunities to improve financial performance
*Lead financial support for transformation, investment cases, and strategic projects
Profile
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
*Proven experience operating at senior finance leadership level
*Strong background in finance business partnering within a complex organisation
*Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
*Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
*Commercially astute with strong analytical capability
*Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced interim environment
*Experience in transformation or change programmes is highly desirable
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £100,000 to £110,000 per annum.
*6-9 month role
*Hybrid role - 1 day a week onsite
