*Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
*Long-Term Role Term-Time Only
*Start Date: September 2026
A nurturing and inclusive early years setting in central London is seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their team from September 2026. This is a full-time, term-time position running Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
The Role
You will be working as part of a supportive team, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2–5. Your responsibilities will include:
*Supporting the planning and delivery of high-quality early years provision
*Assisting with assessments, observations, and learning journals
*Support the SENDCO
*Promoting children’s personal, social, and emotional development
*Working in partnership with parents and carers to support each child’s individual needs
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive learning space

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
*A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
*Experience working in an early years setting
*Experience working in SEND setting
*A good understanding of the EYFS Framework
*Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
