Working Pattern: Full-time, Office-Based (Monday to Thursday, with increasing Friday office attendance to meet business needs)

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our longest standing clients; a leading global investment organisation. They are seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to support senior members of their London-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, providing first-class administrative support, and acting as a trusted point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities*Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior team members.


*Manage complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones.


*Coordinate internal and external meetings, both virtual and in-person.


*Liaise confidently with clients, stakeholders, and business contacts.


*Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.


*Process and manage team expenses.


*Support day-to-day operational activities as required.


*Act as a central point of contact for the team, managing priorities and responding to requests efficiently.


*Assist with project coordination and ad hoc business initiatives.


*Coordinate onboarding activities and support new starter processes.


*Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and databases.


*Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and team efficiencies.


*Undertake additional administrative and operational responsibilities as required.


About YouExperience*Experience gained within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Financial Services, or a similar professional services environment is highly desirable.


*Proven experience supporting senior executives and managing stakeholder relationships.

*Willingness to provide additional support outside standard business hours when required.
