Experienced in commercial surveying and looking for a role with genuine career progression and strong work-life balance?
We’re recruiting for a Chartered Commercial Surveyor to join a reputable multi-disciplinary property consultancy based in Royal Tunbridge Wells. With a strong focus on collaboration, professionalism, and long-term development, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor to take the next step within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The successful individual will play a key role in delivering a broad range of commercial property services while benefiting from structured progression opportunities and a healthy work-life balance.
The Role
As a Chartered Commercial Surveyor, you will:
*Carry out a broad range of commercial surveying work
*Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions, and leasehold matters
*Undertake property management responsibilities
*Complete Red Book valuations in line with RICS standards
*Provide professional advice to clients across a variety of commercial property instructions
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Support the continued growth and reputation of the business
*Ensure all work is delivered accurately, professionally, and within deadlines
Chartered Commercial Surveyor Requirements
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial surveying
*RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor
*Experience across lease renewals, acquisitions, rent reviews, leasehold matters, and property management
*Strong knowledge of Red Book valuations
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*Professional, collaborative, and commercially aware approach
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer?
*£50,000 - £60,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
*£55,000 - £65,000 OTE
