Full job descriptionClinical Negligence Solicitor – Leeds
A leading claimant law firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (or equivalent) to join its established Leeds-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ–5 PQE Solicitor to handle a varied caseload while working alongside highly regarded clinical negligence specialists.
You will manage your own caseload and support senior lawyers on complex matters, assisting with all stages of litigation from initial investigation through to settlement or trial. The role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the wider success of a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a clinical negligence caseload from inception to conclusion
*Draft legal documents, letters of claim and instructions to experts
*Progress claims proactively, including settlement negotiations and litigation where required
*Liaise with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders
Requirements
*NQ–5 years PQE (or equivalent experience) in Clinical Negligence
*Experience managing your own caseload
*Strong client care, communication and drafting skills
