Are you an AssocRICS Residential Surveyor looking to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice where quality, support, and professionalism are at the core of everything they do?
We’re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a growing property practice operating across both residential and commercial sectors. Known for its supportive culture and sensible workload management, the business gives surveyors the time, trust, and structure needed to deliver high-quality work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Level 2 Surveys
*Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary)
*Red Book Valuations
*Bespoke Building Surveys
*Private and Panel work
*Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
*Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.
Residential Surveyor Requirements
*Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
*Registered Valuer status essential
*Proven track record in residential surveying
*Strong attention to detail and report-writing accuracy
*Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently
*Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer?
*Salary package: £45,000 - £60,000 Basic, £60,000 - £90,000 OTE
*10% commission on personal net billings
*Working hours: remote / WFH basis. Full or part-time hours are available
*Holiday allowance: 5 weeks plus 4 well-being days
