Full job descriptionWarehouse Stock Controller
Hours: 8-hour shifts between 6am–10pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility required)
About the Warehouse Stock Controller Role: Our client is a successful and growing logistics business looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Stock Controller to join their team.
Key Responsibilities;
*Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies.
*Carry out regular stock counts and audits.
*Monitor stock movements and optimise warehouse storage locations.
*Develop and manage replenishment plans to support operational demand.
*Produce and analyse stock reports using warehouse management systems.
*Support the management of returned, aged, obsolete, or expired stock.
*Work closely with warehouse, finance, and customer support teams.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
*Help train and support colleagues on stock control best practices.
Essential requirements;
*Previous stock control, inventory management, or warehouse administration experience.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent accuracy with data.
*Confident using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
*Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Desirable Skills & Experience
*Experience with SAP
*Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
*Experience analysing inventory data and producing reports.
