Want to work in one of North London’s busiest and most fast-moving lettings markets?
We’re seeking an energetic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join a successful Holloway office, offering excellent earning potential, a strong applicant database and plenty of opportunities to generate business.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves meeting people and is motivated by commission and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
*Conducting property viewings
*Registering and qualifying applicants
*Negotiating tenancy agreements
*Building strong landlord and tenant relationships
*Generating new business opportunities
*Managing applicant pipelines
*Delivering exceptional customer service
*Working towards and exceeding branch targets
Essential Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have:
At least 2 years’ experience within Residential Lettings
Experience conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing lets
Strong customer service and business generation skills
Previous experience using Reapit would be advantageous
Full UK Driving Licence
