Are you an experienced AssocRICS+ Residential Surveyor looking for a role with strong earning potential, flexibility, and genuine support?
We’re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary property practice operating across both residential and commercial sectors. The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Level 2 Surveys
*Level 3 Surveys (Our clients are happy to train if necessary)
*Red Book Valuations
*Bespoke Building Surveys
*Private and Panel work
*Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
*Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines
Residential Surveyor Requirements
*Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
*Registered Valuer status essential
*Proven track record in residential surveying
*Strong attention to detail and report writing accuracy
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills
*Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer?
*£45,000 - £60,000 basic salary
*10% commission on personal net billings
*Upto £90,000 OTE
