Full job descriptionAn Education organisation are looking for an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor to join on a permanent basis to focus on inclusive recruitment. The role is based in London.

An Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor to:
*The first initial 12 months will focus on inclusive recruitment to attract and retain a diverse talent pool
*Have a strong focus on outreach to build relationships and partnerships with organisations to increase diverse talent
*Develop a strong EVP and employer branding to increase market reputation and promote being an employer of choice
*Embed inclusive recruitment and wider employment practices
*Be the subject matter expert on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
*Provide support and training to help attract and retain diverse talent
*Develop wider staff on best practice and inclusive recruitment practices
*Support on employee matters including wellbeing, inclusion and belonging
*Contribute to the implementation of an EDI action plan / roadmap
*Design and implement EDI initiatives
*Evaluate recruitment methods
*Develop strong stakeholder relationships
*Use data and feedback to inform decisions and drive continuous improvements
*Identify patterns and trends to develop actionable insights
*Develop toolkits to embed inclusive recruitment practices
*Deliver induction and staff training
Profile
A successful Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor should have:
*Experience working in an academic setting desirable
*Experience of developing inclusive recruitment methods to attract and retain a diverse talent pool
*Experience working in the Recruitment or Diversity and Inclusion space
*Able to start from August
