The RoleAs a Business Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging and effective Business lessons to students across the secondary age range.
*Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that challenge and inspire all learners.
*Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
*Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high expectations for achievement.
*Contribute to the wider life of the school and support its commitment to excellence.
*Need to be able to commute to Reading
About YouThe successful candidate will have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Business or a related subject.
*Strong subject knowledge and a good understanding of the UK curriculum.
*A genuine passion for teaching and helping students achieve their potential.
*Confidence using digital learning platforms to enhance teaching and learning.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
