£50,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + Profit Share
A well-established international engineering and manufacturing business is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing to take ownership of its global marketing function.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive brand visibility, support commercial growth, and oversee marketing activity across multiple international markets.
The Role
This is a standalone position with responsibility for the full marketing mix, including:
*Creating and managing catalogues, brochures, artwork, and marketing collateral
*Producing articles, press releases, case studies, and technical content
*Managing website content, SEO, email marketing, and social media activity
*Planning and coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
*Managing external agencies, designers, developers, and marketing suppliers
*Supporting brand development and ensuring consistency across all channels
*Monitoring campaign performance and providing marketing insights to senior stakeholders
About You
We’re looking for a commercially minded marketer who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level.
You will ideally have:
*Previous experience in a senior marketing or Head of Marketing position
*A background within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B sectors
*Strong content creation and communications experience
*Experience managing websites, digital marketing activity, and exhibitions
*Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information
*A proactive, self-sufficient approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
