As a Finance Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in transactional tasks and data input that support monthly financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to assist with:
*Supplier invoice processing
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Processing of subcontractor invoices / certifications
*Timesheet input / review
*Data entry
There would also be an expectation that the role will assist with any other ad hoc project work that may arise
Experience and Qualifications
*Ideally holds an AAT Level 3 Diploma, but would consider AAT Level 2 Certificate or relevant experience
*Experience in double-entry bookkeeping, basic costing and an understanding of purchase, sales and general ledgers
*Good communication skills and ability to take direction as part of a team
*Computer literate with strong excel capability
*Able to support with data analysis
