Working within a collaborative Internal Client Services team, you will support a positive safety culture across UK and international offices, partnering closely with Facilities, HR, and key stakeholders.


The Role
As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will provide practical guidance and support across a broad range of health and safety activities, helping ensure compliance and continuous improvement across multiple sites.


Key Responsibilities
*Provide day-to-day health and safety advice to colleagues, managers, and contractors
*Support the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and systems
*Ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards
*Carry out inspections, audits, and risk assessments, tracking actions through to completion
*Assist with incident and near-miss investigations
*Produce reports highlighting trends, risks, and performance
*Support training, inductions, and awareness initiatives
*Work with Facilities and Office Managers to ensure consistent processes across sites
*Monitor contractor activities and controls
*Support ISO 45001 and related compliance activities
About You
*NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is essential
*Experience in a health and safety advisory role, ideally within a professional services or multi-site environment
*Good knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
*Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
*Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
