Full job descriptionConveyancing Assistant Doncaster | Full-Time A well-established South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to support a busy and experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner in its Doncaster office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who is looking to build a long-term career within residential property. The firm is committed to developing its people and can offer genuine progression opportunities for those who wish to move towards a fee-earning role in the future.
The Role Working closely with a dedicated Fee Earner, you will provide support throughout the conveyancing process, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.
Responsibilities will include:
*Supporting a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with a varied caseload
*Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
*Opening and closing client files
*Carrying out searches and submitting applications
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors
*Handling telephone and email enquiries
*Maintaining accurate case management records
*Assisting with post-completion matters
*Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing department
About You The successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience within a residential conveyancing environment
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent communication and client care abilities
*A proactive and detail-focused approach
*The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
*A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within residential property

You will work closely with an experienced Fee Earner, gaining valuable exposure to a broad range of residential property matters.
