£13.34 per hour + overtime at 1.5x
4 on / 4 off (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)We’re currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence to join a busy and well-established manufacturing and distribution site just outside Lincoln.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work with a reputable employer in the food manufacturing sector (pet category).
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll play a key role in ensuring goods move safely and efficiently through the warehouse operation:
*Loading and unloading trailers in line with load plans and delivery notes
*Checking products for accuracy, quality, and any damage
*Transferring goods from production to storage areas
*Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
*Carrying out stock checks and inventory control
*Working closely with other departments to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For*Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
*Own transport and licence required due to location (no public transport access)
*Previous warehouse experience preferred
*Reliable, team-focused, and safety-conscious
*Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern
*Basic IT skills and experience using warehouse systems (e.g. scanners, stock control/WMS)
