Are you a high-performing Lettings Negotiator looking for a busy office, strong stock levels and the opportunity to maximise your earnings?
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their successful Holloway branch and play a key role in growing the lettings business.

Responsibilities
*Conducting viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
*Registering and qualifying applicants
*Generating new landlord instructions
*Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Identifying business development opportunities
*Matching applicants to suitable properties
*Delivering exceptional customer service
*Achieving and exceeding monthly targets
Essential Requirements
Applications without a minimum of 2 years’ lettings experience will not be considered.
Minimum 2 years’ Residential Lettings experience
Strong track record of achieving targets
Experience winning business and generating instructions
Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
Reapit experience highly desirable
Full UK Driving Licence required
