The successful candidates will possess not only strong practical welding skills but also the positive attitude, work ethic, and commitment required to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing working environment.

Requirements*Right to work in the UK
*Time-served Welder
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in MIG and Flux Core welding (essential)
*Ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environments
*Capable of working independently and as part of a team
*Strong commitment to health and safety
*Quality-focused approach to all aspects of work
Candidates who meet the above requirements will be invited to complete a weld test as part of the selection process.
Application ProcessPlease submit your CV along with your availability to attend a weld test within two weeks of your application. Weld tests can be accommodated Monday to Saturday, between 7:00am and 5:00pm.
Package*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
*Pay: £15.00 - £20.00 per hour (basic rate)
*Overtime: Paid at 1.5x standard rate (uncapped)
*Expected Hours: Minimum 39 hours per week
